How to Make Yourself More Interesting: Psychological Transfer

Experiences.

The experiences you have define you, not only for personality, but allow other people to define you as well.  If you have experiences with people that are tragic or frightening (even if you didn’t cause them!), people will tend to be more anxious and spend less time around you.  If you have experiences with people that are enjoyable or amusing (again, being the cause of these is not necessary), people will tend to relax more around you.  This is a principle of psychology.  The more positive or the more interesting the experiences you have with people, the more positive or interesting you will seem.
