Why Anger is Wonderful

Rage is often associated with negative connotation or a negative perception.  It is rarely ever thought of as positive.

According to Yoda, Anger inevitably leads to suffering. Anger is perhaps one of the most useful emotions a human being can have.

In short-term, anger allows the brain to be more focused and to perform better in video games.  It causes a person to become more focused and increases their determination for success in a particular activity.  Long-term, anger can help people achieve major goals, as it has been shown to give greater motivation in large tasks.  Anger has also been shown to relieve stress when expressed properly.  People have also been found to relent and give in to an angry person’s argument more than they would when the person is happy.
